INGRIDIENTS

  • 1 dozen chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp sweet mango pickle
  • 1tsp bhuna jeera
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 medium size ginger
  • 2 lemons
  • 50 gms coriander stems
  • 250 gms sesame
  • Black salt
  • Salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Oil a baking tray & roast chicken wings that have been basted in oil at 120˚ C for 12 minutes.
  • Marinate the roasted chicken with sweet mango pickle, bhuna jeera, green chilli, ginger, lemon juice, coriander stems and black salt.
  • Sprinkle some sesame.
  • Roast again at 190˚ C for 15 minutes.
